Excellent chalet, built and furnished to a high spec. Great view of the mountains from the large ter...race, and birds and dragonflies on the pond. Peaceful location, despite being so centrally positioned. It's nextdoor to the Hotel/Apartments Abendrot though, which means their balconies overlook you and/or you could get e.g. noisy families. Cleanliness was good but would benefit from a little more attention to detail. Also instructions for rubbish removal need reviewing - very confusing! Read More

We stayed here for Christmas 2020. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and fairly central. Good... sized rooms with a bath and a shower. The apartment is next to a supermarket and also 10 meters from the bus stop for either direction. The Firstbahn ski lift is 5 minutes walk and the Grindelwald-wengen lift is 7 minutes by bus. A 5 minute walk would get you to the central area with bars and restaurants. A 15 minutes walk (5 minutes by bus) would get you to the train station. Excellent! Read More

We stayed in a two-person flat facing the Wetterhorn and Eiger - on the 4th. floor. The mountain vie...ws from the balcony are fantastic. The flat was extremely clean, well fitted and quite spacious. You can easily prepare meals if you don’t wish to eat out. The staff at the reception are friendly, very accommodating and only too happy to help with tips and advice.
