Partly renovated in 2018, the villa combines comfortable country-style furnishings with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The inviting open-plan living and dining room features a beautiful open-hearth fireplace and flat-screen satellite TV, creating a cosy space to gather together after a day exploring the region.

Large doors open onto the patio, allowing the indoor and outdoor spaces to flow naturally together.

The villa includes a comfortable double bedroom, while an open gallery provides additional sleeping space with a double bed. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, induction hobs, microwave and electric coffee machine — ideal for enjoying relaxed breakfasts and authentic Italian dinners at home.

Step outside and discover 10,000 m² of private grounds, where the beauty of the Italian countryside surrounds you.

The large 60 m² patio is made for long lunches, evening dinners and slow afternoons in the sunshine. Enjoy the terrace furniture, barbecue and sun loungers while taking in beautiful views across the mountains, countryside and surrounding resort.

At the heart of the grounds is your private heated kidney-shaped saltwater swimming pool, available seasonally from 1 May to 30 October.

With approximately 50 m² of water and its own poolside shower and WC, it's the perfect place to cool off, relax and enjoy precious time together.

For families, there's also a children's playground with slide and swing, while table tennis provides another fun way to spend an afternoon together.
