Above Stumm, in the district of Stummerberg 2.5 km from the centre of Stumm, 3.5 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a quiet, sunny position, 4 km from the lake, 3.3 km from the skiing area. For shared use: children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: WiFi, trampoline, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra), ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house.
