40 km to north from Kolari, semi-detached house, made of thermo log, built in 2019. Ground floor 51 m²: Living room/kitchen, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, washroom/WC, electric sauna. Upper floor 25 m²: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, hall with bedsofa, WC. Else: ski maintenance room for shared use with the Äkäsmartti B -apartment, travel cot, high chair for a baby, potty, Wi-Fi Internet access. Neighboring apartment is Äkäsmartti B (14230).
Stylish holiday apartment in the village of Äkäslompolo, located in a calm Martinsaari area. Ski trails and snowmobile trails nearby. The apartment is not suitable for persons with reduced mobility. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Final cleaning included in the price. Bed linen can be rented.
