Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 double bed and air conditioning. Shower/WC. Deck chairs. Facilities: safe, iron, baby cot (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.
Semi-detached house "Istarska županija Villa 1171", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Medvidići 2.5 km from the centre of Sveti Lovreč, 13 km from the centre of Poreč, 8 km from the sea. Private: property 500 m2, lawn, swimming pool angular (6 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, 01.05.-02.10.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (25 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, restaurant 5 km, pebble beach 13 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Possibility of buying autochthonous food products (on request, extra).
