Cottage has mechanical ventilation and underfloor heating. Satellite channels. Downstairs 75 m², loft 10 m². Leisure Northern Savonia Villa 1006 holiday home on rocky peninsula, with sanded child-friendly swimming shore in sheltered bay. In front of cottage an approx. 800-m boat trip away is owner’s island, which is ideal for making trips to. Lake Ylä-Hippajärvi is connected via Lake Ala-Hippajärvi to Lake Vuotjärvi and the Tahko water route for boats. Good fishing and berry picking opportunities. Lot of fish: for example pike perch, perch, pike, whitefish. Barbecue hut with brick-built grill, also gas grill available.
