Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Exit to the balcony, north facing position and west facing position. Bath/WC. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the canal and the port. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking space n 24 (roofed). Please note: non-smokers only.

Teresa W. September 2020The property was in a good position and had everything we needed. The crockery needs updating and we were surprised that we had to remove the bedding as we felt the price for cleaning should have encluded this. Also at the end of a holiday when you have paid for cleaning you don’t expect to have to clean the fridge!!

The only problem we had was that the rental office personnel did not come to work in the office for the first two days so we could not ask them any questions, like how do you get the entry barrier to come down so you can exit the complex. The people who were manning the phones for the company didn't know. It turns out there is a button on the key fob that lowers the barrier. We had to wait and follow others out the first two days. On the third day the management guy finally showed up and told us about the key fob button. The instructions said to take a ticket to get in to the complex but I did not see instructions on how to get out? Also the door sticks so we weren't sure we had the right place. The trick was to lift up on the door and shake it while turning the key! Otherwise it was a great place, there is a marina with some places to eat and there was some live entertainment at a band stand stage a couple nights, It is not far from Montreux which is great,

Our 4 of us were very impressed by this apartment and ourselves would go back to this apartment any time. We would recommend this apartment to anyone including friends and relatives. We visited Leysin, Lausanne, Montreux etc...and we were able to come back to the apartment each time for a good rest and enjoy it. The view on the mountains was impressive, The apartment was cleared. We enjoyed eating at the apartment.

We immediately felt relaxed after just a few minutes in this apartment. It was clean, bright, welcoming and the view from the balcony is fantastic. Modern interior and fantastic kitchen (even though a coffee machine would be nice to have in the future). We enjoyed the easy-going atmosphere in Port Valais, the short distance to the canals and Lac Léman, and a 16km hike to Montreux through poppy fields and along the lakeside. We'll certainly come back in the future!
