"Abruzzo Villa 1006", 3-room apartment 60 m2 on 1st floor. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: upper floor: (exterior staircase) living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 1 bed and 1 french bed (160 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Wooden floors, parquet floors. Balcony, garden, lawn. Balcony furniture. Beautiful panoramic view. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Beautiful cottage "I Due Carpini", surrounded by trees and fields. 3 apartments in the residence. 5 km from the centre of Città Sant'Angelo, 25 km from the centre of Pescara, 20 km from the centre of Pineto, in a secluded position on a slope, 12 km from the sea. For shared use: property 2'000 m2, large garden (not fenced) with plants and trees, meadow, orchard, swimming pool (15 x 6 m, depth 120 - 250 cm, 01.06.-30.09.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine (extra). 900 m long steep, narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, railway station "Pescara" 25 km, sandy beach "Montesilvano" 12 km. The propriietor occassionally uses the pool during the summer months.

It was fantastic. Very lovingly furnished house that leaves nothing to be desired. All very neat and clean. The area with pool and garden is a dream. Many thanks to the host family, who takes care of everything there. We'll be back! Reisetipps: Ahike in the National Park, testing the surrounding restaurants and enjoying the silence and garden there.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
