Wooden, inside log-paneled cottage built in 2013, combinated kitchen-living room with sofa bed for two, vestibule, bedroom with double bed and extra bed, bedroom with 2 beds, washroom with walk-in shower and toilet, wood heated sauna, utility/dressing room, spacious glass terrace with two seating groups.
Air source heat pump and parquet floor in the living room. Cottage is located in a peninsula, in a peaceful hillock, beautiful lake view to the south. Juojärvi is clearwatered lake.
Grill hut and car port in the yard.
About 5 km distance to the north there is Kangassaari island with lean-to and campfire site.
Small game hunting opportunities at owner's land.
