Exit to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/bidet/WC and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/bidet/WC and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Facilities: safe, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). External, separate entrance for bedrooms.

Beautiful single-family house "Istarska županija Villa 1054", 2 storeys, renovated in 2019. In the hamlet Regulići 4 km from the centre of Barban, in a quiet, sunny position, 10 km from the sea. Private: property 250 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, 21 m2, depth 140 cm, 16.04.-10.10.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (10 m2), garden furniture. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2.5 km, pebble beach 12 km, rocky beach 10 km. Riding stable 12 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Nearby attractions: adrenaline park 10 km, adventure park 10 km. Please note: airfield 27 km from the property. By groups of young people double deposit is requested on arrival.

Starting from wonderful hosts to incredible comfort during hot summer. Swimming pool, bedrooms with ...bathrooms and tv sets, special area next to the pool for living room and kitchen. Only three other houses in vicinity, but also only 5 minutes drive to Barban with market, restaurant and pizza. Seaside easy to reach and enjoy beaches and clean warm sea!
