Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave) with dining nook. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with cable TV. Shower/WC. Floor heating. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, box-room. Beautiful view of the garden. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (roofed, 2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. The furniture of the Oberösterreich Villa 1004 is original Biedermeier. There is a grand piano in the drawing room. The tiled stove shown here only serves as an ornament. Due to the valuable equipment, children are only welcome from the age of 10 years. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.

Golf course 6 km, tennis 3 km, cable car 5 km, ski lift 21 km. Nearby attractions: Stadtmuseum Bad Ischl 30 m, Kongress- und Theaterhaus Ischl 50 m, Franz Lehar Filmtheater 500 m, Kaiservilla 900 m, UNESCO Welterbeort Hallstatt 21 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Feuerkogel Ebensee 20 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Wolfgangsee 13 km, Attersee und Traunsee 19 km.
