On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 160 - 350 cm with rooflight with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning. Heating (extra). Terrace 30 m2, terrace 15 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. View of the swimming pool. Facilities: safe, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). 1 pet/ dog allowed.

In the hamlet Škalniški with 6 houses 4 km from the centre of Jurdani, 8 km from the centre of Matulji, 10 km from the centre of Opatija, in a quiet, sunny position, 11 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, in the woods. For shared use: meadow 1'000 m2. Boccia, badminton, children's playground (slide, swing). Private: property 300 m2 (fenced), lawn 60 m2, swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 3 m, depth 80 - 150 cm, 01.05.-15.10.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, arbour (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (1.7 km via unmade road).
