Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. 2 showers, 2 sep. WC's. Small balcony 6 m2. Balcony furniture, box-room. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, safe, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. The chalet has an infrared deep heat cabin.

For shared use: property with plants, indoor pool heated (seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 31.Oct.). Nat. Swimm. Pond. In the house: reception, restaurant, bar, fitness room, massage (extra). Steam room (extra). Breakfast and half board possible (extra). E-charging station. Shop 4 km, bus stop "Kals a. G. Abzw Burg" 2.5 km. Slopes 10 m. Please note: entertainment. Childminding (included). Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, in the wellness area or on the lawn. Extra: You will receive the East Tyrolean summit card (summer season) on site, which allows free use of the Kals-Matrei, St. Jakob im Defereggental and Hochpustertal-Sillian cable cars (depending on opening and operating times). Seasonal availability 15 June - 31 October applies to the natural swimming pond. In the complex: ski school office, delicatessen with groceries, sports shop and ski rental. “Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home.
