5 Star Villa Holidays is proud to present Kainuu Villa 1001.
A semi-detached house located in the Ukkohalla tourism centre, 100 m2, for 10 persons, built in 2008. Kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one on the loft), loft lobby, sauna, shower room, 2 separate toilets, dressing room, vestibule, terrace, storage, fireplace and firewood. 2 bedrooms with 2 x 80cm beds/room, a double bed in one of the bedrooms, 2 sofa-beds on the loft.
Pets 30€. Price includes final cleaning. Linen 12€/person.
During winter season 2021-2022 price includes ski passes for two. Ukkohalla: Tourism centre located by Lake Syväjärvi, with an information centre, store, restaurant, spa, slope centre, snowmobile tracks, ski tracks, programme services, beach (further information at www.ukkohalla.fi). Distance to the Ukkohalla services 0.7 km. Kajaani airport 86 km, Oulu 170 km, Helsinki 650 km, bus stop Hyrynsalmi 18 km, railway station Kontiomäki 66 km. Pets allowed downstairs, extra price 30eur. Beautiful view over the slopes and Lake Syväjärvi. Cottage is available at 4.00pm on arriving day - till 12.00 on departure day. Final cleaning includes to price. Price includes also 2 skipasses in winter 2018-2019.
