58 km to the northeast from Heinola, lake Iso Aitjärvi 20 m (length 0,7 km, width 0,7 km), partly sanded, soft gravel/stone bottom, pier and rowing boat.
Wooden villa 2014, large livingroom/kitchen with two extra beds on the sofa bed, two bedrooms (10 m²), two beds in both, sofa bed for two in the sauna building, two separate WC’s, washroom and sauna (electric sauna stove), large covered terrace.
Lakeside sauna 2014, sauna lounge and sauna with wood burning sauna stove, turf roof. In the summer time, water comes to the sauna by pump. In the winter time water to sauna must be brought by using bucket.
100 Mbps fiber optic connection, Wi-Fi, four bikes available.
There is а carport for two cars, beach volley field and cooking hut in the yard. Also bathtub for rent. The price is 70 € if bathtub is pre-filled or 150 € if it is pre-heated. Bathtub rental fee is paid directly to the owner. Please contact the owner in advance. Southern Savonia Villa 1023 is a modern and high quality rental villa, which is ideal for families and groups. In a large yard, you can do many kinds of holiday activities. You can play many kinds of aftermaths in the bathtub, cooking hut or sauna.
