A semi-detached house located in the Ukkohalla tourism centre, 125 m2, for 10-14 persons, built in 2009.Premises on 2 floors; on the first floor 2 bedrooms, livingroom, sauna, shower room/toilet, terrace. On the second floor kitchen, 1 bedroom, shower room/toilet, terrace. Storage, fireplace. View to the lake Syväjärvi. In 2 bedrooms 2 beds/room, double bed in one bedroom, sofa-bed and 2 extra beds in the livingroom and in the kitchen. Price includes 1 bag of firewood. Extra wood from caretaker 10 euroa/bag. Ukkohalla: Tourism centre located by Lake Syväjärvi, with an information centre, store, restaurant, spa, slope centre, snowmobile tracks, ski tracks, programme services, beach (further information at www.ukkohalla.fi). Distance to the Ukkohalla services 0.1 km. Kajaani airport 86 km, Oulu 170 km, Helsinki 650 km, bus stop Hyrynsalmi 18 km, railway station Kontiomäki 66 km. Pets not allowed, view to the Lake Syväjärvi. Cottage is available at 4.00pm on arriving day - till 12.00 on departure day. Final cleaning is including. ADDITIONAL FEE FOR LINEN 13€/PERSON.
