In the district of Curcio 2 km from the centre of Colico, 42 km from the centre of Lecco, 72 km from the centre of Como, in the residential district, 2 km from the lake. For shared use: property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with meadow, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 145 cm, 30.04.-30.09.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, barbecue, parking at the house at 50 m public parking 100 m. Shop 400 m, supermarket 700 m, railway station "Colico" 1.6 km, pebble beach 2.7 km, grass beach 2.7 km.
