5 Star Villa Holidays is proud to present Northern Savonia Villa 1081.
50 km southeast of Kuopio, clear watered lake Hormajärvi 20 m (length approx. 4.3 km, width approx. 0.6 km), gently deepening, hard, sanded beach, jetty and own boat.
Log cottage 1989 rebuilt in 2015 using the latest building techniques and equipment.
On the ground floor living room, kitchen section, dining area, bedroom with double bed, electric sauna, shower room/utility room/toilet, terrace. The downstairs areas have under floor heating, air conditioning and air source heat pump. TV downstairs and upstairs.
Upstairs bedroom with double bed and sofa, bedroom with double bed, loft room with sofa, separate toilet, balcony.
The villa's water supply comes from lake Hormajärvi through a filter. Water has been checked that it is suitable for drinking purposes.
In the yard there is a spacious grill hut.
There is a lakeside sauna wood-burning stove, shower, dressing room, living room with fireplace, refrigerator, wardrobe, spacious covered terrace.
Next to the sauna there is a woodshed and an outhouse.
The maximum amount of persons (7) can be exceeded by two children (two extra beds are available) provided that it is mentioned in the details of the reservation. The villa is located on a hilly plot.
Hormajärvi is clear watered lake, deep in the middle and springlike lake which has no industrial or agricultural pollution.
Available for clients: bike, bobsled and sledding. SUP and SURF board free of use.
Vehmersalmi center 2 km, Alahovi wine mansion in Vaajasalo 20 km, In Siilinjärvi Spa Fontanella, Kasurila Ski Resort and Tarinan Golf 50 km.
Bed linen (50 €/Person) include also bath rope and slippers.
