Spacious and bright, comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with panoramic window with dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), radio and electric heating. Small kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra) with hatch. Shower/WC. Underfloor heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Upper floor: 1 small children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Large terrace partly roofed, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (5). Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains, the countryside and the city. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Private: beautiful garden (fenced) wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (6 x 2 m, depth 120 cm, 15.05.-16.10.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: washing machine. Motor access to the house (mountain road). Stepped path (25 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 5 km, bus stop "Linie 12" 5 m. Nearby attractions: Gandria-Porlezza-Como, Swissminiatur, Melide, Mercato Como, Ponte Tresa, Luino IT, Outlet Foxtown, Mendrisio.
