"Hessen Villa 1000", 4-room house 75 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Modern and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room 25 m2 with cable TV (flat screen), DVD, wood-burning stove and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace, to the patio. 1 room 12 m2 with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin and separate WC. Open kitchen 8 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room 12 m2, with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 room 11 m2, with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Electric heating. Small balcony 5 m2, south facing position, large terrace 30 m2 partly roofed, lawn 150 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, hair dryer, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. On the ground floor, the rooms are connected by stairs (mezzanine).

Central parking spaces. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 15 km, shopping centre 15 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 15 km, bakery 2 km, café 15 km, bicycle rental 5 km, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Frankenberg" 15 km, diving center 28 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 15 km, thermal baths 20 km, bathing lake 12 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, tennis 400 m, minigolf 12 km, riding stable 400 m, walking paths from the house 200 m, gondola lift 27 km. Nearby attractions: Schloss Waldeck 27 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Winterberg 45 km, Willingen 50 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Edersee 28 km. Please note: car recommended. Fishing [permit required] (extra). Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Some of the holiday homes can be reached through the stairs.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
