In the district of Hôpital 4 km from the centre of Ordonnac, 8 km from the centre of Lesparre, 68 km from the centre of Bordeaux, in a sunny position, in the countryside. Private: large, well-kept garden 1'700 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, 01.01.-31.12.) with internal staircase and alarm system. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 8 km, sandy beach "Le Pin Sec" 29 km.
