"Tuscany Villa 1103", 4-room semi-detached house 116 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room 30 m2 with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV (flat screen). (4 hot plates, dishwasher, microwave). Exit to the garden. Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 double bedroom. Shower/bidet/WC. Garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine, safe. Internet (WiFi, free). 1 pet/ dog allowed. Access to the courtyard via lounge diner. Utility room in the basement (18 steps).

The furnishings and equipment are well-kept to ensure maximum comfort. Very child friendly, cosy holiday development "BORGO", surrounded by vineyards. 4 houses in the residence. 8 km from the centre of Greve in Chianti, 32 km from the centre of Firenze, 55 km from the centre of Siena. For shared use: swimming pool (6 x 14 m, depth 80 - 220 cm, 30.04.-01.10.). Barbecue. In the complex: internet access, WiFi, heating to be paid on the spot (01.11.-15.04.), heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04.. Room cleaning on request (extra). Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 9 km, tennis 9 km, riding stable 9 km. Nearby attractions: Panzano in Chianti 17 km, Radda in Chianti 21 km, San Casciano in Val di Pesa 23 km, Gaiole in Chianti 29 km, San Gimignano 55 km. For the second week's supply, the cost of bed linen and towels is 12 euro per person (on request). The property is equipped with a video surveillance system with cameras.
