Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table, satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Shower, sep. WC. Heating. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Beautiful panoramic view. Facilities: safe, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. When booking at the rate for 4 persons not available: the bedroom outside of the apartment. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.
