Villa Lavender was a fantastic choice for us. The sea front villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets and 3 showers. There was even a hot tub/jacuzzi in the balcony but it worked for only 2 days. The well maintained pool had heating system (serrated charge) which made it possible for us to enjoy it during the first week of March. The Sirens beach is within 2 min walk from the Villa. The kitchen is well-equipped with all necessary appliances and devices that one needs. Each bedroom has a air conditioning and heating unit so quite comfortable to stay at any time during the year. Ayia Nappa is within 3 min drive and there is parking space for 2 cars. The support was very prompt. I would advice adding more information to the advert so people can get more info upfront. I highly recommend it and will be happy to stay again. Cheers!

Let's start with the good things: - the location is dreamy, close to the beach, with beautiful sea views. At one Km away there is a well stocked supermarket, the bus station is quite close and the most important the most beautiful beaches in the area are in 10 minutes by car, aqua park in ayia napa is also very close. The port, restaurants and promenade area of Ayia Napa are a 15-minute drive away. We rented cars during our stay and everything was simpler. The pool at the villa was very ok for the kids, it was clean and heated. It's small for adults, but ok enough to cool off in it. The kitchen of the villa is equipped with everything you need, what is missing is a coffee maker or an espresso machine, we made our coffee boiled on the stove. Both the host and the agency responded very promptly to our requests Let's move on to the things we didn't like, not harmful as a reproach, but you can also consider them a recommendation: - The villa does not have 3 complete bathrooms, it has 2 full bathrooms and one of them is only with shower. In addition, the showers are very small. You can barely wash children, we adults wash outside where there was a big shower. We asked the agency before making the payment if there are 3 full bathrooms and you confirmed to me that they are, I also saved the conversation. - The Jacuzzi is non-functional, you promote it on your website, we did not use it at all and the host told us that it has been non-functional for more than 2 years. - On the first day, someone came from the agency who asked us for a deposit of 400 euros for possible damage and informed us that we have a share of electricity, which if we exceed it we will be charged from this deposit. We didn't know about this warehouse, it wouldn't have been a problem if we knew. I hope everything is ok and this deposit will be released. Overall we are satisfied with the villa, the agency services, for us it was a successful vacation and thank you!

Our 3rd time to Agia Thekla. Loved our stay at Lavander Villa. Very private villa with mature gardens and a lovely newly re-tiled Pool overlooking the sea. Villa is modern, clean and got the all important WI-FI for work and play. We would love to come back!
