More information by the provider: 4 1/2 room ground-floor apartment in family-style villa in the heart of Saas Grund. 5 minutes walk-away to the cablecar station Hohsaas, to sports and games areas. Ideal for summer and winter holidays. The NON-SMOKING-apartment has 1 single bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom for 3, large living room combined with large modern kitchen. There is a bathroom/WC,a shower room/WC, a satellite TV and a radio, ski and equipment store and a separate terrace area with garden furniture. Parking is next to the house. Pets are not allowed. New: CHF 100,- reduction on the second week! Holiday taxes Summer (01.06. -31.10.): CHF 7.- for adults, CHF 3.50 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Holiday taxes Winter (01.11. -31.05.): CHF 4.50 for adults, CHF 2.25 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Extras like bed and kitchen linen, parking space, electricity, heating and warm water are included. New: CHF 100.- reduction on the second week!

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
