Recently renovated in 2023, this apartment features a stylish living/dining room equipped with digital TV and refreshing air conditioning. Step outside to the terrace and soak up the sun. The villa includes two bedrooms with cozy french beds and en-suite bathrooms, as well as a third bedroom with two comfortable beds, all adorned with air conditioning for utmost comfort. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances like a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Enjoy your morning coffee with capsules from the NESPRESSO machine. The villa also offers a spacious bathroom and a lovely 20 m2 terrace for relaxation. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer, and complimentary WiFi. A reserved parking space, Number 18, is provided for your convenience.
