A modern and spacious villa with panoramic views located in a quiet location on the hills of Cape Greco between Protaras and Ayia Napa. Large Private Pool & Garden, Free Wi-Fi & Satellite TV, Fully Equipped and Fully Air-Conditioned.
Protaras Villa 1493 is idyllic, for the perfect tranquil holiday home and only a 5-minute drive from the center of Ayia Napa and about 10 minutes from the blue sea beach front and the heart of Protaras where you will discover restaurants and bars pubs and shops to suit all tastes and ages.
The large private pool surrounded by exotic palm trees with a view of Protaras sea view and the Famagusta coastline. Relax and sunbathe by the pool in the sun or have a cool drink at the modern furnished patio, in the shade.
The villa comprises of two floors. The ground floor features an open plan modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining area and living room with comfortable sofa as well as a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor there are two en-suite bedrooms with double beds and panoramic views. The villa is fully equipped with all modern kitchen and facilities, fully air-conditioned, free high-speed Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV.
A home away from home this villa is carefully decorated to offer everything you will need for a comfortable holiday.
This modern 3-bedroom villa is located on the hills of Cape Greco about or 5 minutes' drive from the cosmopolitan Ayia Napa and 10 minutes' drive from the center of Protaras and the best beaches in the area. A very quiet, tranquil location away from the noisy center of the resort. A car is essential for this villa and note that you will pass through about 1km of dirt road in order to get to the property.
Protaras, a more family-orientated resort for children of all ages has features the best beaches of Cyprus, all crystal clear water and white sand, the most famous of which are Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach. All the main beaches have a water-sports center where you can enjoy water-ski, scuba diving, fly-fish, windsurfing, SUP, sailing, deep sea fishing and just about every water sport you want.

The location is 5 star , but the upkeep is poor , loose paving everywhere near the back door and hun...dreds of mosaic tiles missing from what is otherwise a lovely pool . Cushion covers had been removed leaving bare cushions ! All 3 double beds had broken frames , which also highlighted hair and dust under the beds . The balustrade glazing on the balcony was filthy and took me 3 hours to clean in and out ! After the army base next door , and the local poachers had finished shooting , it was blissfully quiet the rest of the day only interrupted occasionally by a crazed dog literally barking its head off ! Those were the bad bits , would we stay there again , Probably ! It would not cost a lot to bring the property in line with the rental charges ! Read More
