Protaras Villa 1503is a brand new and super luxurious villa just 3 minutes' walk to Central Protaras Strip and 5 minutes' walk to Sunrise Beach, one of the best beaches in Cyprus, a Blue Flag destination with crystal clear blue waters and fine white sand.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a bathroom with shower enclosure and toilet. The large pool patio windows offer beautiful pool views from all places of the living room and open wide to join the interior with exterior patio and garden area. The whole house is furnished luxuriously and with care to include all modern amenities including a comfortable sofa set, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV with English, Russian and European channels, Nespresso coffee machine and a fully equipped kitchen complete with all electrical appliances.
The first floor features the master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite shower and distant sea views, a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom with two large single beds as well a third bathroom.
Protaras Villa 1503 offers a large private pool and patio area fully equipped with a comfortable sofa set, outside dinning table, excellent BBQ set and elegant lighting for the night.

The Villa was well equipped, comfortable and the units worked well as heating units as well as air c...onditioning. The kitchen functioned well. We were probably one of the few villas on the complex occupied and so it was very quiet. It would be good if the pump for the pool was quieter, it could be quite obtrusive. Being able to close the cabinet around it would help, and perhaps some basic instructions on how the television system works too. Given that we visited in the winter the 1hr limit on the hot water heater wasn't always sufficient. None of this detracted from a comfortable and warm place to stay in unusually cold and wet weather. Me and my friends had a great time at this beautiful villa. The villa looked exactly like on the pho...tos and it was very clean everywhere. The villa is in a good location near supermarkets, bars and the beach. I would definetly book this villa again, if I travel to cyprus again!
