800m to El Portet Beach down straight hill - Incline coming back but taxis plentiful. No Air con so ...can get hot. Lots of extras such as iron and 2 hairdryers. Two of the three bedrooms were separated from the main part of the villa, great for us just be aware you have to go outside to the pool area or the fron to access.
