Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Top floor: entrance hall with sloping ceilings with air conditioning. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 3 beds. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower/WC. Bath/WC. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Low placed windows in the bedroooms with sloping ceilings.
Single-family house "Istarska županija Villa 1114", 3 storeys, renovated in 2016. In the hamlet Tomišići 3.5 km from the centre of Žminj, 21 km from the centre of Rovinj, 21 km from the sea. Private: property 1'000 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 130 cm, 14.05.-24.09.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue (swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 3.5 km, rocky beach 21 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Airfield 35 km from the property. Youth groups are not allowed.
