Open kitchen (oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Deck chairs. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). 1 pet/ dog allowed.
Momjan 5 km from Buje: Modern villa "Istarska županija Villa 1154", 2 storeys. 400 m from the centre of Momjan, 17 km from the centre of Umag, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 17 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 10'000 m2, garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (40 m2, depth 135 cm, 15.05.-01.10.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, terrace (35 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (250 m via unmade road). Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 400 m, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 200 m, pebble beach 17 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The swimming pool for private use is a self-cleaning bio-swimming pool.
