In the hamlet Kuhari 2 km from the centre of Žminj, 26 km from the centre of Rovinj, in a quiet, sunny position, 26 km from the sea. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, 01.04.-31.10.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 2 km, pebble beach 26 km. Riding stable 10 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Nearby attractions: adventure park 20 km, zip line 15 km.
