Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating (extra). Terrace 100 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, safe, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (fenced).
Vantačići 3 km from Malinska: Apartment house "Primorsko-goranska županija Villa 1184", built in 2016. In a sunny position, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. Private: swimming pool angular, heated (6 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, 01.05.-15.10.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, restaurant 750 m, pebble beach, rocky beach, concrete beach 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Organizing a party is not allowed. Swimming pool heated (extra).
