Protaras Villa 1506 is a beautiful property with large 4x8m overflow pool, conveniently located in one of the best areas of Pernera just a few minutes walk to the beach and all amenities. Even though very central the villa is situated in a quiet area in a small development of just 12 houses.
Within 3 minutes' walk from the villa you will find a number of local and international restaurants, bars and cafes, supermarket, water-park and shops
The ground floor features a open plan living room with flat screen satellite TV and gaming console and a modern fully equipped kitchen the whole ground floor opens up to a covered veranda and the pool area which is nicely secluded.
On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower, a second double room, a twin room and the family bathroom.
Protaras Villa 1506 is fully air-conditioned, has free Wi-Fi internet and central heating..
Protaras Villa 1506 is located in one of the best locations in Pernera. Within a 200 metre radius you will find a doctors, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and much more. Pernera year on year is increasing in popularity and is fastly becoming as popular as neighbouring town Protaras. The beaches are excellent, the nighlife is great and the value for the level of accommodation is even better. Pernera is fantastic for everyone!
The central Protaras Strip and Sunrise Beach is only 15 minutes' walk away and Pernera Centre is only about 3 minutes' walk.

Chrystalla W. October 2019We truly enjoyed our stay at Villa Michelle 8 in Protaras. The place would have probably been a bit cleaner specifically the yard however , there was a Brocken shower door the cleaning staff had to deal with for our safety so we had to weight about an hour past our check in time while they were trying to finish up. One thing that we found needs improvement was the condition of the sofas in the living room, they are not what was shown in the online photos And actually one of them has a safety issue( I sank into a hole when I sat on it) the nice cover we appreciated but unfortunately the sofas need to be replaced. Nevertheless we spent most of our time in the outdoors where there are plenty of other lounging areas to enjoy. Apart from all the little things above this villa had everything we needed and even more and I would not hesitate to book again!

A bed side light would be useful Otherwise we were very happy with our stay and would book again
