Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: shower/WC. Balcony 30 m2, terrace 30 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, deck chairs. View of the swimming pool. Facilities: iron, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. No internal connecting door between the floors.
Single-family house "Istarska županija Villa 1198", 2 storeys, built in 2018. In the district of Vinež 1 km from the centre of Labin, 6 km from the centre of Rabac, in the residential district, 6 km from the sea. Private: property 3'000 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 135 cm, 01.05.-01.10.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. Motor access to the house (30 m via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 1 km, pebble beach 6 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.
