35 km south-east of Mikkeli, L.Saimaa/Pitkälahti bay 20 m, shallow, hard sand bottom, own boat.
Log cottage 1992. Upstairs: living room/ kitchen, lounge, WC, 2 bedrooms 2 beds in each, balcony. Downstairs: 2 bedrooms, 2 beds in each, WC, utility room, dressing room, washroom, sauna (wood-burning stove), two showers, terrace yard. Roofed grill. C
ottage has central vacuum cleaning system. Carport/woodshed. Lakeside sauna with running cold water (not in winter!), shower in the main house, distance 10 meters. Steep slope to shore from chalet, steps on the way. High standard chalet in splendid location, for year round use. Large bedrooms. Large roofed grill with summer kitchen. Sun shines on plot all day long.
Neitvuori 7 km by boat, 30 km by car, Tornimäki downhill ski slope 30 km, Anttolanhovi 10 km, vineyard Ollinmäki 15 km, Mikkeli: Kenkävero, Mikaeli, Visulahti 35 km. Good fishing waters.
