"Tirol Villa 1154", 5-room apartment 180 m2 on 1st floor. Bright, modern and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV and radio. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with satellite TV. 3 rooms, each room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and satellite TV. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the balcony. 2 showers/WC, sep. WC, double hand-basin, Sauna. Underfloor heating. Balcony 20 m2, terrace 15 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance. When booking at the rate for 8 persons not available: one bedroom. When booking at the rate for 6 persons not available: two bedrooms. Exit to the terrace from the bathroom with the infrared sauna. The infrared sauna fits 2 people. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.
