6-room villa 130 m2. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: dining room with kitchen corner, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the patio. Living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the patio. 2 double bedrooms, each room with air conditioning and forced-air heating. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Kitchen (4 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with air conditioning. Exit to the patio. 2 showers/bidet/WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Panoramic view of the sea and the swimming pool. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smoking house. In the case of bookings of 4 people a part of the house is not available to guests. The whole property, including the swimming pool, is for exclusive use. There are two full kitchens in the house.

Villa "Sicily Villa 1011". 3 km from the centre of Castellammare del Golfo, in a quiet, sunny position, 4 km from the sea. Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (10 x 6 m, depth 120 - 240 cm, 01.04.-31.10.). Garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, sandy beach "Castellammare del Golfo" 3 km. Nearby attractions: Segesta Parco Archeologico 10 km, Trapani/Porto Aliscafi per Isole Egadi 40 km, Erice 41 km, San Vito lo Capo 48 km, Marsala-Salina 51 km, Palermo 65 km. The weather was wet and cold when we stayed in late May so we had to spend time indoors. House was quite plain inside but very clean, which was the main thing. Nice views towards the sea from the house and garden. The only downside to this property is that the sun sets behind the beautiful hills which are directly behind the property. As a result, the whole garden is plunged quite abruptly into shadow at around 6 o'clock. OK if you're not a sun lover, but not so good if you like to sit outside with a glass of wine and watch the sun setting. The owner met us at a cafe on the main road into town and went with us in her car to show us the way to the property. Otherwise it would have been difficult to find.

This place is amazing, the pool is just perfect! You have everything you need in the house, the view, the location. One of the best vacation villas I have stayed so far. The price quality you get is One of the BEST. I will definitely come back to this beautiful place! Dont hesitate and book this place!

Our stay in the villa was wonderful. It has loads of space, many different seating options, sunbeds, amazing hammocks, a beautifully clean pool, comfy beds, powerful shower and everything you need to cook and have a fabulous time. you can make noise without disturbing anyone and laugh and enjoy the privacy of an amazing home in Sicily.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home.
