Property was as described. The place was very clean. The pool was not pre-heated as requested, but I... messaged Andy and it was quickly resolved. We stayed for a week with 5 kids and had a blast. Make sure to bring TP and paper towels. The dryer lint does not get emptied by housekeeping, so make sure you check that before all of your clothes are covered in lint, or takes 3 hours to dry a load! We had only a couple concerns. Upon our arrival there were strings of black hairs in all the towels ...in the house and we re-washed them immediately.
