Ayia Napa Villa 1372 is a beautiful property with large overflow pool, conveniently located in one of the best areas of Ayia Napa just a few minutes' walk to the beach and all amenities. Even though very central the villa is situated in a quiet area.
Within 10 minutes' walk from the villa you will find a number of local and international restaurants, bars and cafes, supermarket, parks and shops. Nissi Beach is about 15mins walk or 3 minutes' drive.
The ground floor features an open plan living room with flat screen satellite TV, a modern fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. There are also 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds. The whole ground floor opens up to a covered veranda and the pool area which is nicely secluded.
On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and one baby crib as well as a kitchenette with a second living room and a bathroom.
Ayia Napa Villa 1372 offers a superb outdoor space with a mature garden, large pool, BBQ area and plenty of sittng space. Next to the pool, there is an extra room with its own bathroom and two sofabeds that can be used as an additional bedroom or for taking some rest during the day. The pool offers a fence for child safety that can be removed if reuired.
Ayia Napa Villa 1372 is fully air-conditioned, has free high-speed Wi-Fi internet and Satellite TV.
Ayia Napa Villa 1372 is conveniently located in a relatively quiet area of Ayia Napa yet only 1.7km from Nissi Beach and 1.6km from Ayia Napa Monastery. Within a radius of 2km from the villa you will find shops, restaurands, bars, harmacies, clinic and ofcourse some of the best beaches of Europe.
Ayia Napa, one of the most cosmopolitan tourist cities of East Mediterranean offering beautiful white sand beaches, turquoise waters and excellent night life. Enjoy all the latest sea sports, challenge your strength and endurance and possibly discover new realms of potential within.
