"Balearic Islands Villa 1546" is a 5-room house that exudes beauty and elegance, covering an area of 160 m2. The living/dining room is adorned with an inviting open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, satellite TV, digital TV, radio, CD-player, DVD player, and a fan for added comfort. A room with a cozy French bed (140 cm) and a bath/shower/WC offers a peaceful retreat with an exit to the garden.

There are two additional rooms, each equipped with two comfortable beds and fans, along with another room with two beds and a fan, all offering a serene ambiance with garden access. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and garden exit. The house also features a shower/WC and a bath/shower/WC, along with luxurious floor heating for added comfort.

Step outside to the terrace, where you can relax on the roofed terrace, patio, or comfortable deck chairs. There's also a barbecue for outdoor dining experiences. The house comes with various amenities including a washing machine, safe, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot, and a hairdryer. Stay connected with free WiFi available throughout the property. Please note that this is a non-smoking house with no internal connecting door between the separated properties.
