Private: property 1'900 m2 (fenced), lawn 1'000 m2, trees, swimming pool angular (9 x 4 m, 37 m2, depth 140 cm, 03.04.-09.10.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, table tennis, volleyball, terrace (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (50 m via unmade road). Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 14 km, restaurant 2 km, pebble beach 16 km, concrete beach 16 km.
