Small living room with TV. 1 double bedroom 22 m2. 1 room 20 m2 with 2 beds. Kitchen 28 m2 (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the garden, pergola. Shower/bidet/WC, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom 28 m2 with 1 double bed, open-hearth fireplace and shower/bidet/WC. 1 room 28 m2 with 3 beds and shower/bidet/WC. Exit to the terrace. Patio, garden. Barbecue. View of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, hair dryer. Reserved parking. 1 pet/ dog allowed. All windows and patio doors have mosquito nets.
This property is situated in a dominant position among the gentle Maremma hills. The complex is part of an important organic farm with 330 ha grounds, dating from the end of 1800 have been renovated with care of the architecture and traditions. Lots of privacy and large outdoor area with furniture to dine oudoors. On request customers take part in the grape harvest, see the cows being milked or visit the zoological centre. Clients are greeted with 1 bottle of red wine and 1 bottle of white wine. The house is situated 25km from the thermal centre of Saturnia, 90km from the centre of Siena, 60km from Viterbo and 140km from the Fiumicino airport in Rome. Perfect position to visit many medieval and etruscan centres of the area. Villa "Maremma Villa 1034". In a quiet, sunny position, 25 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property, garden 4'000 m2, swimming pool (13 x 6 m, depth 120 - 140 cm, 29.05.-02.10.) with internal staircase. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi, central heating system, washing machine. Parking on the premises. Shop 8 km, restaurant 2 km, sandy beach 18 km, rocky beach 23 km. Golf course 30 km, tennis 10 km, riding stable 10 km. Nearby attractions: Saturnia 15 km, Pitigliano 30 km, Argentario 30 km. Please note: car recommended. In the same terrain there is an annex house, used occasionally by the owners.
