This single-story vacation villa is in the Florida House 4087, has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps a total of 8, and is less than 12 miles from Disney. After a long day out at the parks, what better place to relax than in this living room. It has a large L-shaped sofa, modern furnishings, and a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall. It’s the perfect place for everyone to get together and watch their favorite Disney movie. Fancy eating in? You’ll have no problem putting together your favorite home-cooked meals in this kitchen.

     It’s large, spacious, and it comes with modern appliances and everything you’d need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. And when it’s time to eat, you can do so at either the breakfast bar, breakfast nook, or formal dining area. Fancy some alfresco dining? If so, head to the lanai by the pool. Here, you’ll find an outdoor dining area. And while we’re talking about the outdoors, this vacation home also has its very own screened-in swimming pool and spa. This is the perfect place to cool off after being out in the Florida heat all day. For those who want to work on their tan, there are some sunbeds dotted around the pool area.

     There are 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. And the third and fourth bedrooms both have two single beds, which are great for younger children. All bedrooms have their own TV, so there won’t be any fighting over the remote!

     Community Description

     West Haven is located in Davenport and is a group of separate communities all gated within this area. The homes are 3,4,5 and 6 bedrooms, most with private pools and there are communities within that have their own small community pool and playgrounds. The development is lush in landscaping and is only a few minutes from both the SR27 and the Interstate 4 both of which will get you into the Orlando theme parks and surrounding restaurants and stores. The development is very close to the Posner Park shopping center which has a Cinemax theater as well as various eateries and a Starbucks. West Haven’s amenities include a clubhouse, resort-style pool, fitness center, playground, tennis court, and a beach volleyball court.
