     Everything is in it's place and all furniture and decor are in keeping with one another. Unlike some of the dark furniture typical for Florida vacation homes, this villa offers a bright and airy atmosphere from the moment you walk through the front door.     

     The comfortable lounge offers cable TV leading to the kitchen with modern appliances and fully equipped with everything you would need.
     There is a nook table to seat 4 and the nook area leads to the patio and private pool with a great view of the golf course. The pool can be heated as an optional extra and recommended from November - April     

     There is a Queen bedroom downstairs with an adjacent bathroom and the King bedroom with en-suite, Queen and twin are upstairs each with their own unique decor that makes them really special     

     Free Wifi is also provided

     Just beyond our 24 hour manned gatehouse you will find lots of restaurants, pubs, and shopping. Especially convenient and within walking distance from our gates is the 24 hour Wal-Mart Supercenter where you can stock up on all your food and beverage needs. Great designer outlet shopping is a quick car ride away, as is many award winning restaurants. For our foreign visitors there are many local Pubs that will make you feel at home while watching the sports you love.
