     This 4 bed home is conveniently located with a golf course view and south facing pool area. Containing all the comforts you need with 2 lounge areas and a dining area

     From the front door, there is a lounge area and a dining table to seat 6 people. Next is the fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and utensils
Off the kitchen is a nook/breakfast area for 4 people leading to the main lounge with cable TV

     The King master bedroom with TV looks out to the pool area and has a large en-suite with a shower and bath and walk in closet
     The 2nd master Queen bedroom, also with a TV has an en-suite with shower over a the bath.

     There are 2 twin rooms are side by side and a full bathroom nearby

     There are plenty of chairs and loungers in the sunny south facing pool area overooking the 4th hole of Florida House 4130 Golf course. The patio is equipped with a child safety fence.
     The pool has solar heating and also the option of electric heating should the need arise

     This home offers all the comforts and space you need to enjoy your vacation in Florida

     When you are not out at about you can simply relax on the pool deck or in the pool watching the golfers go by. The pool area is screened with a lanai to keep out biting bugs so you can relax in peace. Heated pool is an optional extra recommended between October - April.
 
     There are plenty of restaurants nearby to enjoy a meal out as well as many Orlando attractions Disney, Universal Studios, Legoland, Sea World, Air Boat Rides from 20 minutes drive. The kitchen is also fully equipped should you want to eat in
