     Enjoy the Florida days swimming to your hearts content in this vacation villa’s private pool. Want to head over to the beach? It’s just a short 3-mile drive there. This villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and it sleeps up to 8 people! This is a great place for a large family or a large group of friends traveling together. The vaulted ceilings make all the rooms fill larger and airy, there’s tile flooring throughout the property, and there is large, colorful artwork that pulls the rooms together. There are two living areas: a formal and informal living area. The formal living area is just off the patio has two green sofas and a multi-colored armchair.

     This is a great place to sit down and have a quiet conversation with someone. If you want somewhere to relax after a long day out at the beach, the informal living room is the place to be. It has three white leather sofas, a green accent wall, a large flat screen TV, and color paintings of animals. The kitchen is small yet efficient. It comes fully equipped with everything you’d need to whip up something to tasty, and it has a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools. Need more space to eat? Try the formal dining area. It has seating for up to 6 people. The patio doors in the formal living room lead out to a huge covered lanai/patio area. Here, there are two seating areas to lounge around in. The best part of this home? The pool area. The pool area is screened in and has a large lagoon-shaped pool. Want to work on your tan? Use the sun loungers, and if you’re tired of sun, head to the covered lanai. For extra comfort, the pool has a solar heater. There are 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a full-size bed, and the fourth bedroom has two single beds.

- Small dogs are allowed on a case by case basis. If confirmed, there is an additional fee of $400.00 plus tax to ensure a deep clean can be done upon departure.

     Community Description

This community has a fitness center, Har Tru tennis courts, Har Tru bocce courts, dining, a communal pool, and a championship golf course. It is close to many casual and fine-dining restaurants, the outlet mall shopping, upscale shopping centers, health food stores, grocery stores, mini golf courses, regular golf courses (including the one on-site), dog races, casino, sunset cruises, fishing, kayaking, and of course our beaches and wonderful sunsets.
