The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as the first double bedroom and a full bathroom with shower. The first floor offers the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, two more double bedrooms and the family bathroom. Further up, the villa offers a spacious, roof terrace with good sea views.

There are many beautiful beaches in the area that are worth visiting and lots of water sports on offer. There is also a water park and aquarium that are great for children of all ages. The water park, the biggest in the Middle East, can be found just outside of Ayia Napa and is only 14km away. The aquarium is a 5-min drive.

This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
Listed Prices include 300KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh.For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro200 over and above the total booking amount.
