Private: property 800 m2, swimming pool angular (8 x 3 m, 28 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 15.Nov.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 5.5 km, restaurant 3.3 km, sandy beach 2.6 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: airfield 15 km from the property.
