"Salzburg Villa 1069", 5-room apartment 130 m2 on 2nd floor. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining nook, bar, satellite TV, radio and tiled stove. Exit to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms, each room with shower/WC. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and 1 pull-out bed. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm), hand-basin. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/shower, 2 sep. WC's, double hand-basin. Gas heating. Parquet floors. Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (8). Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smokers only. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, railway station "Zell am See" 37 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, ski lift 300 m, slopes 10 m, ski school 1.5 km, sled run 5 km, cross country ski track 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Saalfelden 25 km, Zell am See 37 km. Please note: On the estate animal husbandry. Local sale of farm products. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence.

Ideal quiet location, on a working diary farm. Very suitable for our family group, grandparents, their children and young grandchildren. One small double room is on a separate floor level and the information pack was only in German. Very comfortable. We will go back.

This spacious, clean, nicely updated upstairs unit with absolutely priceless views and the freshest alpine air was home for our group for a week in July 2019. It had enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate our 2.5 families with 2 teenagers and one pre-teen, 8 people in total. Everything was in order and sparkling clean. As a cherry on top, Daniela, the host, sold us super delicious milk, eggs and cheese from her farm. Although the area is known as a ski resort, it offers a lot of fun outdoor activities in the summer as well - we are considering getting back here the next year and renting the same place. To Daniela and her family - danke shön!!!

Ideal quiet location, on a working diary farm. Very suitable for our family group, grandparents, their children and young grandchildren. One small double room is on a separate floor level and the information pack was only in German. Very comfortable. We will go back.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home.
